We are passionate about showcasing amazing British produce and supporting local producers, which is reflected in many of the ingredients we use in both our pizza and pasta dishes. Providing excellent value, great service and being socially conscious are also pillars very much at the heart of our business. We make biga pizza dough, which cold proofs for a minimum of 72 hours, resulting in richer and more complex flavours.
We open Tuesday to Friday lunchtime and evening and all day Saturday for dine in, takeaway and delivery via Deliveroo (subject to availability).
We are incredibly proud to have recently been crowned the UK’s Best Independent Pizza Takeaway & Delivery Store at the Pizza, Pasta & Italian Awards for the second year running. We were also runners up for ‘Best Pizza’ and ‘Best Pizza Chef’ in the 2022 National Pizza Awards, voted as one of the top 10 restaurants in Sussex in the 2024 Brighton Restaurant Awards and have been shortlisted for a number of additional local and national awards.
You can also find us at the iconic Amex Stadium in Brighton, where we serve our delicious Detroit style pizza on match days from our dedicated kiosk in the Lower East Stand, whilst our stone baked pizzas are available throughout the stadium's corporate hospitality lounges.
